All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

You can return any item purchased on snobbypets.com within 15 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

  1. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
  2. To return your item and request a refund, email us at info@snobbypets.com. Let us know the size, style and reason for wanting to return your order.

 

Need A Different Size?

There’s no cost to exchange your purchase, although in some countries, courier, taxes and duties are applicable. If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately by emailing info@snobbypets.com.

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

It is not possible to return products if their tags have been taken off or the product looks used.
